Network Support

If your network has been installed by Computer Network Installations we will have access to all required technical information to support your site, if we are taking over from another 3rd party maintenance company our Network support role will begin by fully documenting your network, this will include all file shares, IP addresses, physical devices.

If you are a smaller organisation we can take on the role of system administrator and the responsibility for creation of additional users through to support in the event of a network failure, if you are a larger organisation you will almost certainly have the skills required to administer your own systems and we will instead assume the role of 2nd line support in the event of any problems.
