Managed Service Contracts

Our managed service contracts can be tailored to meet your requirements whether that is our standard 8 hour response contract or alternatively one of our premium 4 hour contracts. Once a managed contract is in place any parts or labour required to keep your network running will be covered by your fixed monthly fee, this will allow you to properly budget for your annual IT expenditure.

You will only be charged when you request changes to your IT systems. All our engineers are highly trained carrying certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, and many other industry recognised vendors ensuring that when you have problems you will have a highly qualified pair of hands available to assist you.
